The Company has been adhering on initiative of “ innovation and pragmatism, reliability and mutual benefit, environmental friendly, weaving for a better world”. Over past 20years, the company has been investing greatly on Research and development, innovation, environment protection, smart manufacturing, etc. which leads the company a sustainable developing road. 

We take it from nature and repay the nature. The company who is the first to use nontoxic, harmless, eco-friendly and plant dyestuffs in denim fabrics. A lot of organic cotton, hemp, recycled cotton, recycled polyester and other recycled fibers to be used to protect our earth.  

The company strictly abides by the national and provincial environmental protection policies.  About 50 million Chinese Yuan was input to build the effluent treatment facilities of 3200 tons per day and reclaimed water reuse system of 1300 tons per day.  The company adopted the technology of indigenous microorganisms to decompose the hazardous substances in the waste water by specific strains. The pollutant index in the waste water discharged is much lower than the national standard.

Photovoltaic power station was established on the roof of the workshop in Feb. 2019. It is an area of more than 30 thousand square meters.  The generating capacity is from 400 to 500 thousand kilowatt-hour per month.  About 180 tons of standard coal can be saved per month and 450 tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced.  We constantly optimize the process and provide a better sustainable manufacturing to build “green factory” in order to minimize the impact on the environment.
